Vehicle Repair Service Terms & Conditions Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services.

1. General:
* This document governs the repair services relationship between Car Denter Brothers and the vehicle owner (“Customer”).
* By availing the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Repair Work:
* We will carry out repair work requested by the Customer or found necessary during inspection with reasonable professional care and skill.
* Any additional work, not included in the original estimate, will be carried out only after prior approval of the Customer.
3. Estimation and Pricing:
* The estimated cost of repair will be communicated to you in advance. This estimate is only a guidance and the actual cost may vary due to unforeseen issues in parts or labour.
* Any significant price changes will be communicated to the Customer and their approval obtained.
4. Payment:
* Full payment is due upon completion of the repair work. * We accept cash, [specify payment method, e.g.: UPI, debit/credit card].
* In case of delay in payment, we may hold the vehicle until full payment is received.
5. Warranty:
* Parts Warranty: All new parts used are subject to manufacturer’s warranty. We are not directly responsible for failure of these parts, but will assist you with a warranty claim.
* Labour Warranty: A labour warranty of [e.g.: 6 months or 10,000 km, whichever is earlier] is provided on repair work done by us. If any problem arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will fix it free of charge. This warranty does not cover problems caused by misuse, accident or improper maintenance.
* Paint Warranty (2 years):
* A limited warranty of 2 (two) years is provided on paint work done by us.
* This warranty covers chipping, cracking or discoloration of paint provided it is caused by a defect in our workmanship.
* This warranty does not cover the following:
* Damage caused by external influences (e.g. stones, scratches, accidents, chemical damage, excessive sun exposure, bird droppings, tree resin etc.).
* Paint problems caused by rusting or pre-existing rust on the vehicle.
* Damage caused by improper washing, polishing or maintenance by the customer.
* Damage caused by paint or repair work done by any third party.
* To claim warranty, the customer must bring the vehicle to us so that we can inspect and confirm the paint problem. Repairs under warranty will be carried out by us only.
6. Customer’s Vehicle:
* It is the customer’s responsibility to pick up the vehicle within [e.g.: 3 days] of completion of repairs.
* After this period, a daily parking fee of [specify fee amount, eg: ₹100] may be charged.
* We are not responsible for loss or theft of any personal items left in your car.
7. Limitation of Liability:
* We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption.
* In no event will our total liability exceed the cost of the services provided by us.
8. Dispute Resolution:
* Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved by mutual negotiation. If not resolved, the dispute will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [specify jurisdiction, eg: Gurugram, Haryana].
9. Changes:
* We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
